Senior Stylist
Meet Gemma, she is a senior stylist at The Hair Lab - Stratford Upon Avon. Gemma has 15 years experience, she has a love for all things colour and learning all the different techniques the latest trends have to offer. What comes with the love of colour comes a very artistic mess! Gemma’s favourite saying is an ‘an artists palette is never clean’.

Meet Chloe, she is a senior stylist at The Hair Lab - Stratford Upon Avon. She’s been in the hairdressing industry for nearly 10 years, she’s learnt a lot of new and upcoming cutting and colouring techniques, and continues to enhance on her hairdressing knowledge, Chloe loves creating a complete new look and isn’t scared to get stuck in with her scissors.

All colour services receive a complementary Metal Detox treatment which detoxify's the hair by neutralising the metal deposits found inside the hair fiber. The metal inside the hair fiber interacts with the oxidant during colour, balayage or lightening, causing breakage and a less reliable colour result. Our main focus is to maintain the health and quality of your hair.

Welcome to The Hair Lab, below we include our pricing, booking fee’s and skin test polices. Take a look and double check we’re a good fit for you.
BOOKING FEE
All new clients booking a colour service will be required to pay a 50% booking fee.
SKIN TESTING
We must skin test all colour clients 48 hours before a new colour service, we have to do skin tests by law and to comply with our insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Since an increase in last minute cancellations and no shows we have made the hard decision to implement a minimum of 48hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If not enough notice is provide, 50% of the service will be charged.
